I’m Rachel Hinds…

I’m a parent coach who helps families move beyond surface-level behavior “fixes” to address the root causes of challenging dynamics. My approach is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and deep respect for the uniqueness of each child—and each parent.
I specialize in the early years, when the brain is developing more rapidly than at any other time in life. That’s not just a fun fact; it’s incredibly empowering. Relationship is the number one driver of healthy brain development, and that means you—just by showing up with curiosity and connection—have the power to make a profound difference.
Much of my passion for this work comes from my own lived experience as a highly sensitive person. As a child, my nervous system often felt overwhelmed, and I didn’t always have the tools or support to make sense of that. What looked on the outside like meltdowns or withdrawal was, in reality, a young brain and body stuck in survival mode. Over the years, I’ve done a lot of personal healing and professional learning, and I now see how attuned caregiving can transform a child’s world.
That’s what I help parents do: tune into their own and their child’s nervous system and behavior as communication—not something to “fix,” but something to understand. The parenting advice out there can be overwhelming and, at times, completely disconnected from real child development.
My job is to sift through the noise and offer you thoughtful, research-based guidance tailored to your family’s specific needs.
